To install the Harvard Graphics driver from the Printer Driver disk, follow these instructions: 1. Insert the disk in drive A: (or B:) 2. At the operating system prompt, type A: (or B:) and press ENTER to make A: (or B:) the current drive. 3. At the prompt, type DRIVE4Si A) At the main menu, select Harvard Graphics B) Select Copy Driver File(s) C) Enter the path of your installed version of Harvard Graphics. For example, C:\HG3, and then press ENTER. When the update is complete, the following message appears: "The driver file has been copied to your hard disk." 4. You must now run Harvard Graphics to select the printer driver. A) At the [F6] Main Menu, Select [8] Setup menu. B) Select [5] Printer 1 Setup Menu. C) With the cursor highlighting the "Printer type" selection, press [F3]-Choices to see a list of printers. D) Use the "arrow" key to scroll through the list of printer drivers, highlight the HP LaserJet 4Si/4Si MX printer driver, then press [Enter]. E) Press [Tab] to highlight "Output port," then press [F3]-Choices to list available ports. Select the port your printer is using, then press [Enter]. F) Press [Tab] to highlight "Default paper size." Press [F3]-Choices, select the appropriate paper size, then press [Enter]. G) Press [Tab] to highlight "User Spooler." Press [F3]-Choices, select "Yes" or "No," then press [Enter]. G) Press [Tab] to highlight "Quality", press [F3]-Choices, highlight High, Medium or Draft print quality, then press [Enter]. H) After making all selections, select [F10]-Continue, then press the "Esc" key to return to the [F6]-Main Menu.
